Check Before You Accept
You are welcome to inspect your order in front of the delivery rider before accepting it. If you find any issue, you may return it to the rider on the spot â no questions asked.
Exchange & Return Within 7 Days
Exchange and return requests are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.
Eligible Reasons for Exchange
We accept exchange requests only for the following reasons:
- Wrong size received
- Defective or damaged product
- Wrong product delivered
How to Exchange
- Contact us within 7 days with your reason for exchange.
- Pay the delivery charge in advance.
- Once payment is confirmed, we will book the courier and hand over the correct product to the rider â packed in the same condition as your original order.
- Delivery time will be the same as your original order.
Out of Stock
If the requested product is no longer available, you may select an alternative product. The price will be adjusted according to the new product â any difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
How to Return by Courier
- Book a delivery to our address through Steadfast, selecting the "Price Condition" option â so the product price is collected from us upon receipt.
- Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we will pay the product price to the rider.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable and must be covered by the customer.
Please Note
- All returned or exchanged items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
- Exchange and return requests made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
